Youth Parade begins and ends at the corner of Maple Street and Railroad Street traveling down Railroad Street through polka tent. Begin decorating bicycles at 3:30 p.m. at the corner of Maple Street and Railroad Street.

4:30 p.m. – Youth Parade begins
