Seeking Vendors for this Year’s Festival

Preparations for the Annual Polish Festival are underway! This year’s Festival is scheduled for
August 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th. We will begin the Festival at 6 p.m. on Thursday August 2nd with OldiesNight. The vendors, carnival and tent will open at this time. Vendors will be expected to be open Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday from11 a.m. to 9 pm. Vendors will not be allowed to pull out early if they are set up on the mainstreet. If you cannot set up for the full 4 days, please let me know on your application, andyour vendor spots will be adjusted accordingly.

If you are interested in renting a space for this year’s Festival, please complete the enclosed application and return it with full payment by June 30th. We will not hold spaces if not paid in full. We will rent the space to someone on our waiting list. We may hold your check until the festival has started. Every effort will be made to give returning vendors the same spot as previous years, but we do reserve the right to make changes a necessary.

Set up will be after 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 2nd. Due to the limited space, canopies will be allowed on the street where the tent is located. No camping behind your canopy is allowed on the main street. All others will be set up on the grassy lot and on the street one block south of the tent. These locations may be subject to change.

We reserve the right to be the exclusive seller of all items that state Boyne Falls in reference to the Polish Festival. Due to our contract with the carnival, no food or drinks can be sold by vendors.

You are responsible for securing your own tables and displays. Please keep your space clean and litter-free during the Festival and when you leave. Brooms and rakes are available at the information booth or at the tent door. Please return after each use.

If you require electricity, you must supply your own HEAVY DUTY ELECTRIC CORDS. Some spaces are far from electrical outlets. Keep this in mind when bringing cords.

Boyne Falls Polish Festival announced the launch of its new, updated website, www.boynefallspolishfestival.com.

The site features streamlined event information, as well as contact information for the festival. The site will also include an extensive news section.
